Did you hear the story about the guy who committed suicide by cutting his own head off with an electric bread knife? What about the fifteen year old girl who posted naked pictures of herself on the internet, and was arrested and charged with child pornography? The boy who was pissing beetles?

These are all true stories.

Now, I'm not the first person to come up with this theory, but I think that the world is going just a little bit nuts. Sure, every generation thinks the world has gone to hell in a hand basket since the youth du jour came along, but I'm not sure we've ever hand this much, well, weirdness going on.

This is the twenty-first century, by now we're meant to have Moon bases, robot servants and flying cars. Instead, we have talk shows, cell phones that can take pictures, and the PATRIOT Act.

Frankly, I'm not surprised people are getting crazier.

The planet is broken – its not meant to be like this.

We may not be helping, but at least we get to laugh at the people who are sinking faster than we are.
